Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Once shipped via USPS, delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days. The total time from order to delivery is approximately 6-8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
NO, not at this time.
Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package on the USPS website.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Products & Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Our t-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, and 2XL in a comfortable unisex fit.
What material are your t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts are made from premium soft cotton for all-day comfort and durability.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a high-quality printing method that produces vibrant, detailed graphics that won't crack, fade, or peel. It's more durable than traditional screen printing and maintains its quality wash after wash.
How should I care for my t-shirt?
For best results:
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Turn inside out before washing
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly onto the design.
• Do not bleach
Are your t-shirts true to size?
Yes! Our t-shirts fit true to size with a comfortable unisex fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
Can I return custom or personalized items?
No, custom and personalized t-shirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at desertglowprints@gmail.com with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Email us at desertglowprints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Where are your designs created?
All of our designs are created right here in New Mexico! We're inspired by the stunning desert landscapes, wildlife, and rich cultural heritage of the Southwest.
Are your products made in the USA?
Our designs are created in New Mexico, and we work with quality manufacturers to produce our apparel.
Will you be adding more designs?
Yes! We're constantly working on new designs inspired by New Mexico and the Southwest. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new releases.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we focus on our curated NM Collection. However, we love hearing from our customers! You are welcome to share your ideas with us at desertglowprints@gmail.com.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never store your payment information.
